Leadership Territory

The Brown Collective developed Leadership Territory — a framework to develop educational leaders within the Northern Territory — working directly with the Education Department's Chief Executive Officer. We tailored the approach to the region's unique funding situation, building both a leadership pipeline with transferable knowledge and reinforcing place-based commitment to the Territory.

Wagga Wagga Diocese — 2020 strategic plan
