It offers a common language for assessing and shaping school culture through the CPR framework (Connect, Protect, Respect), and practical, tested approaches leaders can adopt in their own settings, from individual schools right through to system level.
Andrew and I wrote this because we believe school culture isn't something that happens — it's something leaders can deliberately shape, enable and nurture, for the benefit of everyone: students, staff, parents and the broader community.
